    Eduardo Cuevas of Next-Gen-Pro Builders cares in making sure their customers are happy and satisfied. From gutting our kitchen down to the studs to the final touches, Eduardo was consistently dependable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Eduardo, with also the help of his brother Chris, were always professional, polite, upfront, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. They are also excellent craftsman who paid close attention to every detail. They not only made sure the job was done right the first time, but their work reflected shear perfection. During the entire project, Eduardo listened intently, asked wonderful questions and, due to his vast experience and knowledge, had great ideas and suggestions. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Eduardo always responded in a timely manner. He coordinated the scheduling very well and kept us (and everyone else involved) updated regarding the different phases of the process and never failed to follow through. As a result of his hard work and commitment, the entire remodel went smoothly and was finished a lot quicker than we anticipated. We are extremely pleased with how our new kitchen turned out. It took us a year meeting with dozens of other contractors in order to find someone we were comfortable working with. Our main goal was to hire a contractor willing to work with us as we had already picked out specific cabinets, counters, appliances and knew the exact layout and design. Apparently, our specific wants and needs posed major issues with other contractors who barely even listened. Every single one of these contractors had other plans that were not conducive to the way we live our life. They only wanted to do the job their way, with only their resources, and showed very little interest or regard towards our vision. This was not the case with Eduardo. From the moment we met him, he showed a great deal respect and enthusiasm for what we wanted and was comfortable providing us the services that we needed. We are grateful that we spent the extra time to have found Eduardo who is an excellent and dedicated contractor and a pleasure to work with. We will most definitely hire him again.     I've painted hundreds of houses for builders all over Washington and Oregon State. Next-Gen (Eduardo) does some of the highest quality work in the Pacific Northwest hands down. Their attention to detail and their finish work is top notch. Eduardo's design ideas materialize into some real life awesomeness. As a subcontractor, they have always treated me and my staff kindly and paid on time which is a testament to their fair and honest practices. See more See less

    We been working with Eduardo for the last few years, his transparency and professionalism is awesome, he make for us a few kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinets for a mudroom with the best quality I ever seen.     Eduardo’s crew was amazing throughout the project. Professional in every way. I would say that their craftsmanship and attention to details is first rate!     I love working with Next-Gen Pro-Builders for many reasons. Here are a few examples: I've contracted with them several times over the past 10 years and have only had great experiences to support this review. One recent example is they completed a full remodel of a 4bedroom 2bathroom house plus a massive deck with features such as a spiral stair case, hot tub, and covered outdoor theater space. They get the job done quickly with high quality and attention to detail. They use fair negotiations and competitive pricing. They do their own work and rarely need to outsource. They are flexible with last minute changes and the 3-D rendering they provide for proposals makes it easy to plan. Lastly, I trust them.
